This explains what Fitoory collects and how it is used. Questions or requests: fitoory@fitoory.com.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and a hashed password (we can't read your password).
- What you make: the descriptions and lyrics you write, the songs and stems generated, and when you made them.
- Plan and payments: your plan, credit balance and history, and a record of each payment (amount, date and Razorpay's payment reference). Card and bank details go to Razorpay and never reach us.
- Technical data: your network address and basic request logs, used to keep the service secure and to limit abuse.
Who can see it
- Only you, when you are logged in to your account.
- Fitoory administrators, who can listen to and read songs and prompts to run the service, help with problems and enforce our rules.
- Service providers that run Fitoory for us: cloud hosting and storage, the AI music generation service that receives your prompt and lyrics to make a song, email delivery, and Razorpay for payments.
We don't sell your data and don't show ads.
Cookies
Fitoory sets one cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Your account and songs stay until you delete them. You can delete any song from your library. To delete your whole account, email us from your account address and we will remove the account, its songs and audio. Payment records may be kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to fitoory@fitoory.com.
Children
Fitoory is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and tell you about important changes.
