These terms apply when you use Fitoory at fitoory.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Fitoory.

Your account

You need to be at least 18 to hold an account. Keep your password safe and give us a working email address, because we use it for confirmation links and password resets. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

What Fitoory does

Fitoory turns your description, and optionally your lyrics, into music using an AI music generation model. Results vary and may not match what you imagined. We may add safety filters, and some requests may be refused.

Your songs and how you may use them

• Your input. You keep whatever rights you have in the prompts and lyrics you provide. Only submit lyrics you have the right to use.
• Free plan. Songs made while on the Free plan are for personal experimentation and sharing. They may not be used commercially.
• Starter plan. Songs made while you have a paid Starter subscription may be used commercially, including monetised social content, advertisements and music releases. That permission stays with those songs if your subscription later ends.
• Limits. Commercial use is subject to the licensing terms of the underlying generation model, which may change, and to applicable law. Fitoory does not claim to give you copyright ownership or exclusive rights in generated music. The same or similar music may be generated for other people, and in some countries AI-generated music may not be protected by copyright at all.
• Be honest about it. Some platforms require you to say when music is AI-generated. Following their rules is up to you.

What you may not do

Don't use Fitoory to infringe anyone's rights, to imitate a real person's voice or an artist's identity in a misleading way, to make unlawful, hateful or deceptive material, or to harm the service or other users. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

Credits, plans and renewals

• A 30-second clip uses 0.5 credits and a full song uses 2 credits.
• Free gives 4 credits a month. Starter gives 60 credits a month. Monthly credits reset at the start of each monthly period and do not roll over.
• Credit packs (10, 30 or 60 credits) last 90 days. They are used after your monthly credits.
• If a song fails to generate, its credits are returned to your balance.
• Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.
• Features such as WAV downloads, stem separation and priority generation are part of the Starter plan and need an active subscription.

Payments

Prices are in Indian rupees. Starter is ₹499 a month or ₹4,990 a year, and renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Payments are handled by Razorpay. We don't see or store your card or bank details.

Cancelling, changing and failed payments

• You can cancel any time from your account page. Starter continues until the end of the period you've paid for, and then your account returns to Free.
• If you switch between monthly and yearly, the change takes effect when your current paid period ends.
• If a renewal payment fails, Starter stays active for 3 days while the payment is retried. If it still fails, your account returns to Free.
• Your saved songs stay in your account when your plan changes.

Refunds

Payments are not refundable once a period or a credit pack has started, except where the law requires it or where we charged you by mistake, for example twice for the same thing. If you think that happened, write to us within 7 days at fitoory@fitoory.com.

Availability and responsibility

Fitoory is provided as it is. We work to keep it running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it.

Changes

We may update these terms, prices or plans. If a change matters to you, we'll tell you by email or on the site before it applies to your next payment.
